NEWPORT
SCOUTS FIRST AID COURSE.
A small group of Scouts from several groups across Newport spent a full day working on their first aid skills. All had great fun and learnt how to save lives using the first aid skills they where taught during a very full programme of work. Over the weekend approximately 40 scouts attended a one day course, with an additional coarse planed in the near future due to demand. Most of the Scouts in the District have benefited from the courses held this year.
Many thanks go to the adults who also gave up their time during the three courses to support the Scouts through this very important part of the program!
