Cubs Invade Caerleon
In Dec.2006 Cub scouts from Newport District gathered at 1st Caerleon Scout hut to walk to the amphitheatre in Caerleon to renew their promise as part of the 90th birthday celebration, the weather was kind and after our District Commissioner had invested new Cub scouts and we all said our promise we walked back to the head quarters and enjoyed a hot drink and mince pies, we al had an enjoyable time with lots of parents as onlookers, afterwards we all joined our own groups to continue with the Christmas post.
