Newport scouts learn First Aid.
Almost 40 scouts took part in two one day first aid courses, run by leaders, qualified in first ad training.
The one day course covers all the requirements of the first aid level 3 badge.
The comprehensive syllabus should prepare any of the scouts should they encounter someone in distress.
