The second Saturday in May came again and along with it was JOTT. What a magnificent turn out, over 230 people. One photo shows some of the youngsters all eager to start the trail and get to the picnic at the end (I'm not sure how many picnics were actually consumed on the way around!). The weather was reasonable, although there was a cold wind when walking along the 'sea wall' so an extra thank you to the brave marshals who were at those checkpoints. Even though the leaders were worn out by the end the youngsters still had plenty of energy to expend in the playground. Perhaps the trail needs to be longer next year?
