BOXING DAY
Where better than the Wetlands to walk off the Christmas dinner of yesterday. The mayor and his wife had requested the help of the Scouts and Guides in offering some light refreshments too all who supporter the Boxing Day at the Newport Wetlands. So Polly and Nigel of the 1st Caerleon came forward and provided the making and the hot water to make a special morning all the �Special�. Some 70 plus people supported the event with scouts from the 1st Bassaleg, 1st Caerleon , Explorers and fellowship members all enjoying the hour or so break away from the table and also helping to make almost fifty pounds for the Mayors charity all from donations.
